What documents do I need to rent a car?
A valid driving licence (plus an International Driving Permit if you are visiting from abroad), a government photo ID, and a credit or debit card in the driver's name for the refundable security deposit.
Is there a minimum age?
Drivers must be between 21 and 70 years old. A young-driver surcharge of ₹500 per day applies below 25 years.
How does the security deposit work?
A refundable deposit (from ₹5,000 depending on the car) is held on your card at pick-up and released after the car is inspected on return — usually within 5–7 working days.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Most bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before pick-up from My bookings. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
What is included in the price?
Car rental, basic cover, 18% GST and any fees shown in the price breakdown. Fuel and tolls are extra: fuel is full-to-full and tolls are billed at actuals via FASTag.
Can I pick up at the airport and return in another city?
Yes — choose 'Drop off at different location'. A one-way fee is shown in your price breakdown before you pay.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, RuPay, Visa, Mastercard and Net Banking online, or pay at the desk (card, UPI or cash at dispatch where available).
